TSC Number Registration Requirements (2025)

- Bank slip for registration fee payment (KSh 1,060 via Pay Bill)
- National ID or Passport

- KRA PIN Certificate
- GP69 Medical Form (signed by a licensed government doctor)
- Affidavit (for cases of name discrepancies)
- Declaration form downloaded and signed

How to Apply for a TSC Number Online
Step 1: Visit the TSC Online Portal
Go to https://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke/
Step 2: Click on “New Teacher Registration”
You will be redirected to the registration form.

Enter your name, ID number, phone number, email, and address.
Step 4: Upload Required Documents
