- We act as service facilitators and do not issue official government documents. All approvals are granted solely by the relevant government authorities (e.g., eCitizen, KRA, Immigration, HELB, NSSF, etc.).
- By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that Luvisia Digital’s role is to assist in the application process, guidance, and support, not to guarantee final approval.
2. Payments
- All Luvisia Digital service fees are payable via:
- M-PESA Till 9484430 – Luvisia Digital
- The amount paid is a service fee only and does not include official government fees.
- Service will begin only after payment confirmation.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for applications.
- Submit required documents on time and in the correct format.
- Pay all government fees directly to the relevant authority (separate from Luvisia service fees).
- Respond promptly to any communication requests.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Service Delivery & Cancellation Policy.
- Once a service has been initiated or submitted to government platforms, refunds are not possible.
- Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Service Timelines
- Estimated timelines provided on our website are guidelines only.
- Luvisia Digital is not liable for delays caused by:
- Government portals (e.g., eCitizen, iTax, immigration)
- System downtimes
- Policy changes
- Third-party verifications
- Incomplete or inaccurate client submissions
6. Limitation of Liability
- Luvisia Digital will not be held liable for:
- Rejections of applications by government agencies
- Losses incurred due to inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information supplied by clients
- Delays beyond our control (e.g., strikes, holidays, government audits)
- Our liability is limited strictly to the service fee paid.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, graphics, branding, service descriptions) is the property of Luvisia Digital.
- You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of our website or services without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Luvisia Digital respects your privacy and handles your data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019).
- Information provided is used strictly for the purpose of completing your application or service request.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
