  • We act as service facilitators and do not issue official government documents.
  • All approvals, rejections, and final outcomes are determined solely by the relevant government, institutional, or third-party authority.
  • By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that Luvisia Digital’s role is to assist in the application process, provide guidance, and offer support, but we do not guarantee final approval.

2. Payments

  • Luvisia Digital service fees are payable through the payment methods communicated on our website or official channels.
  • Where applicable, payments may be made via M-PESA Till 9484430 – Luvisia Digital.
  • The amount paid to Luvisia Digital is a service fee only and does not include official government or third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Work will normally begin only after payment confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  • Submit all required documents on time and in the correct format.
  • Pay all official government or institutional fees directly to the relevant authority unless otherwise communicated.
  • Respond promptly to information or clarification requests where needed.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and any other applicable service policy.
  • Once a service has been initiated, prepared, or submitted to a government platform or third party, refunds may not be available.
  • Government and third-party fees are non-refundable unless refunded directly by the relevant institution.

5. Service Timelines

  • Any timelines shared on our website or during communication are estimates only.
  • Luvisia Digital is not liable for delays caused by government portals, system downtime, policy changes, third-party verification, strikes, holidays, audits, or incomplete or inaccurate client submissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Luvisia Digital will not be held liable for rejection of applications by government agencies, embassies, institutions, or third parties.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate, false, misleading, or fraudulent information supplied by clients.
  • We are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any liability on our part is limited strictly to the service fee paid to Luvisia Digital for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, graphics, service descriptions, and digital materials published by Luvisia Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce our content or services without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Luvisia Digital respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with applicable Kenyan law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
  • Information you provide is used strictly for delivering the requested service or completing the relevant application process.
  • We do not sell your personal information and do not share it except where necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, or the relevant application process.

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya.
  • Any dispute arising from use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, unless otherwise required by law.
