Luvisia Digital is an independent digital services providerthat offers assistance, facilitation, and guidance in applying for government, business, education, visa, tax, and professional services.
We are not a government agency and we do not represent or act on behalf of any government authority in Kenya or abroad.
All official approvals, permits, and documents are issued solely by the relevant government institutions such as eCitizen, KRA, Immigration Department, HELB, NSSF, and others.
2. Service Fees vs. Government Fees
- Payments made to Luvisia Digital (M-PESA Till 9484430) cover service facilitation fees only.
- Clients are responsible for paying separate government fees directly to the official portals or authorities where required.
- Government fees are non-refundable and are beyond our control.
3. Accuracy of Information
We rely on the information and documents provided by our clients. Luvisia Digital is not responsiblefor:
- Application delays, rejections, or penalties arising from incomplete, false, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
- Changes in government policies, requirements, or processing times.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While Luvisia Digital makes every effort to guide and support your applications, we cannot guarantee:
- Approval of any application, visa, or permit.
- Specific timelines for processing, since government systems and procedures may vary.

Luvisia Digital has no control over the content, accuracy, or security of external websites.

Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid to Luvisia Digital.
